Check-In Procedures:

• Report to the on-site reception to check in.
• Luggage can be left in the office before check-in or after check-out.
• The person whose name is on the booking card must be present and provide photo ID. If this is not possible, the cardholder must complete a third-party form.
• Guests are asked to show photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
• Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• The property reserves the right to preauthorise guests' cards upon arrival for damages. A minimum deposit of GBP 150 will be applied. 
• Cots/cribs are available upon request, subject to availability.

In-House Rules:

• Parties, extra guests, or visitors are not allowed.
• The property is no smoking throughout, including communal areas.
• Guests must abide by the following rules:
• Pay all rental costs and charges.
• Be liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Allow preauthorisation of a security deposit.
• Provide photographic ID.
• Adhere to no smoking, no-party, and no-gathering policies.
• Show respect to other guests.
• Not exceed the maximum number of persons in their room.
• Be responsible for the behavior of anyone staying in their room.

Note: Twent Nevern Square Hotel will not accept any responsibility for personal injury, damages, or loss of property. If any rules are breached, guests may be evicted and no refund may be given.
